Overview

The As part of the Shute Harbour Marina Terminal redevelopment, Vassallo Constructions were engaged by the Department of Transport and Main Roads to upgrade the existing boat ramp to include a 3.5 metre widening of the ramp and construct a fixed walkway onto the precast boat ramp panels.

This will allow for more convenient use of the boat ramp by the public. The works were completed within the tidal zone, and divers were required to complete scour protection works to the existing seabed. The project was coordinated to maintain controlled access for Small Tourism Operators, whom were accommodated to allow for continuity of their business operations.
