Consisting of 13 industrial lots covering twenty five hectares this development also included the construction of an intersection to the Bruce Highway. The subdivision included 6 meter deep sewer construction, most drainage consisting of culverts including a number of gross pollutant traps, construction of shotcrete and retaining wall drainage swales and an extension to a Queensland Rail culvert.
Poor existing ground was lime stabilised to provide a firm foundation for future buildings. The Bruce Highway intersection was constructed in accordance with Main Roads standards and demolition of existing farm sheds was supervised by Vassallo Constructions.
