Airlie Summit Stage 3 & 4

Overview 

Airlie Summit Stages 3 and 4 comprise a boutique residential subdivision positioned on the elevated ridgelines of Airlie Beach, with lots designed to capture stunning ocean and hinterland views. Vassallo Constructions was engaged to deliver the full civil works package, including earthworks, roads, and service installation. In addition to standard subdivision works, the project involved complex service relocations, water infrastructure upgrades, and extensive retaining wall construction. The steep terrain and environmentally sensitive setting required staged delivery and robust environmental controls.

Scope 

– Bulk earthworks and land clearing across steep, elevated terrain;
– Construction of gabion and link block retaining walls for lot stability;
– Upgrade of existing trunk water main from 150mm to 225mm;
– Installation of new water reservoir to service elevated lots;
– Rerouting of existing electrical and communication services to new Telstra pole;
