Vassallo Constructions was awarded the contract to carry out subdivisional works for Stage 7 and 8 of Woodlands Estate.
The project required the construction of 62 new allotments in the Estate.
Works include Clearing and grubbing, installation of sewer, stormwater, water, electrical, NBN services, asphalt sealing, line marking and road furniture.
In addition to allotment construction upgrades to Bedford Road and construction of numerous detention and bio-retention basins were required.
